The 5071 Parmesan Cheese Cellar is a parmesan server designed by none other than the legendary Italian designer Ettore Sottsass. The model 5071 is made of glass with frame and lid of stainless steel. It's a timeless piece of elegance, purposeful and minimal and a must for both lovers of Italian style and Italian cuisine.
The 5071 Cheese Cellar is part of the 5070 series by Alessi, a project going on for 30 years. With his simple yet beautiful designs Ettore Sottsass has managed to carve out the archetypal aspects and materiality of everyday objects.
