Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read them carefully before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree on the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email. Please ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age 18 years, need a parental consent.

We use Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments is a secure payment method and service, which forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via MobilePay.

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options: 

Credit Card and Visa
You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely transmitted by our partner Paytrail by nets.

Other payment methods
Other offered payment methods are: MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto and ApplePay.

The prices displayed at myomy.fi include VAT. The delivery charges vary depending on the country where you live and which delivery service you choose. All the delivery prices are shown when choosing the delivery method before final purchase. All prices and product information on this online shop myomy.fi are subject to change. 

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the returned item must be unused, in the original package and tags on. Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please notice that leaving an order uncollected is not counted as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

In an unfortunate case of having received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us via email at customercare@myomy.fi.
