Who are you guys? Are you part of a chain?
We’re a Finnish, family-owned business and something of a cult favourite among fashion insiders — proudly female-led and independent since 2008. Our shop is based in Helsinki, and no, we’re not part of a chain.
With three brick & mortar shops, My o My finally has an online boutique, too. It took us a while — but all good things are worth waiting for. Read more about us and our story here.
Where does the name My o My come from?
The name comes from our goal: To bring you products and create visuals that make you stop and say: MY O MY!
Where do your products come from?
Most of our products are found within the EU — Finland, Denmark, Sweden, France, Italy, and the UK — with a few special finds from the US as well.
Behind the wheel is someone with an eclectic taste and impeccable eye for colours, so you never can be quite sure! But the focus is finding unique, useful, yet beautiful objects that are thoughtful, well-made and lasting, and thus make the world a little bit better place.
I saw a product on your website earlier and now it's gone :( Can I still buy it?
Yes — often you can!
But remember: finders keepers, losers weepers! As a small business, we don’t keep huge stock, so sometimes items do sell out — and once they’re gone, they might stay gone.
That said, we’re pretty nimble. If there’s enough demand and the item’s still in production, we can often restock it. Just drop us a message at customercare@myomy.fi and we’ll check for you.

Do you have a student discount?
Sadly, no :( But we support your studies with huge positive thoughts! Hurrah you and life-long learning!
Do you have a gift card?
We do! Our gift cards can be used both online and in-store, both in My o My Fashion and in My o My Home, and are valid for one year. You don’t have to spend it all in one go, either. Via online you get the gift card in your email and from the stores you can purchase a physical gift card.
Gift card + a pretty greeting card = the perfect last-minute present that doesn’t feel last-minute at all.
Where's my package or where do you ship?
Orders within Finland usually arrive in 2–4 business days. EU deliveries typically take 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during peak times (like Christmas), delivery may take a bit longer.
But if nothing's happening after 4 weekdays (homeland deliveries) or 8 weekdays (outside of Finland) , contact us at customer care.
We ship from Finland to all EU countries. Sadly, we don’t currently ship outside the EU — but maybe one day!
How long do you keep local pick-ups?
So great that you asked! We’ll hold click & collect orders for 30 days. After that, we’ll assume the items have been abandoned, unless we hear from you.
However, the 14-day return period starts from the day we notify you that your order is ready for pick-up.
If you can’t collect you purchase in time, just message us — we’re happy to keep it safe if you are away or unwell.
But hey — we’re a small team with limited space. So please please please don’t select pick-up right before heading off on a month-long holiday. Or, if you do (who doesn't love vacations), send a friend, neighbour, sibling, parent or colleague — if you trust them and they have your name + order number, we trust them too.
Can I return my order?
We are into buy now, keep forever shopping philosophy, so if you don't love your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
For local pick-up orders, the return window starts from the date you receive the “ready for pick-up” email.
To request a return, head over to Return requests, and type the email you used to make the order.

Honestly, we’re just really happy for anybody even asking.
Working at My o My means being part of a small, family-owned company where things are hands-on and filled with both beauty and bustle. Our team is an amazing mix of young-at-heart professionals who are dedicated & fun (and sometimes lift uncommonly heavy boxes). While working in retail is not always dancing on roses, at best it's incredibly fun, creative and energising.

Is it possible to do a TET placement with you?
My o My loves this question and it's super exited anyone asking this!
We do offer TET placements occasionally (work experience for 8th and 9th grader teens). We love being part of giving young people a small peak into the beautiful / lavish / boring / messy / chill / fun / busy / slow / physical world of fashion and design retail.
As a family business, we’re committed to our local community and see it as our joy and privilege to help educate the next generation — even just a little bit.
A good TET trainee is open, observant, and eager to learn. They will get to try hands-on tasks like checking deliveries, keeping the shop tidy, and helping with basic stock work. We never leave underage persons alone in the store or give them unreasonably responsibilities like handling the till — so it’s a safe and supported learning environment. Please bear in mind though that sometimes TET trainees need to be independent and do solo work, so wear your big girl / boy / other pants on trainee days!
Some days are busy, others more quiet — but staying awake and ready to lend a hand always goes a long way. If you’ve got a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you! Come and introduce yourself at the store or send us an email!
Are media loans available?
Sure! We’re happy to support high-quality media work and offer free product loans to media and/or stylists when My o My is clearly credited. Since photo loans require time and resources, we’ve set a few basic guidelines.
Loan period is 3 days (longer for paid rentals).
Products must be returned in perfect, sellable condition.
Loans over €300 are subject to a 20% rental fee.
Proper credit is required — e.g., @myomyhome must be tagged on social media or My o My Fashion / My o My Home mentioned clearly next to products in print.
When tagging or proper product mention can’t be guaranteed, the 20% rental fee applies.
