This white wine vinegar is made from Italian organic grapes of the Trebbiano variety and produced in Emilia Romagna, Italy. It contains no other ingredients. It has a high acidity and is excellent for mixing a vinaigrette and drizzling over both tomato or green salad — Italian style!
