Whole, organic peeled tomatoes of the Roma variety. The Roma tomato is the most used tomato in the Italian cuisine. It too was widely used at grandma’s house, whether she served a rustic stew, made tomato sauce for a delicate pasta dish or cooked a simple sauce as an accompaniment to the meat of the evening. The tomatoes have a thick pulp, few kernels and a low level of acid. The taste is rich and balanced sweetness. The sun-ripened tomatoes are picked by hand, put into jars and preserved the same day in a water bath.

We are based in Helsinki (Finland) and all our our products are shipped directly from our stores in Helsinki during business days. Local pick-ups are available from our stores within their operating hours. At the moment we ship only to EU countries.
