We use Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments is a secure payment method and service, which forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via MobilePay.

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options: 

Credit cards and Visa: You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely transmitted by our partner Paytrail by nets.

Other offered payment methods: MobilePay, Pivo and ApplePay

The prices displayed at myomy.fi include VAT. The delivery charges vary depending on the country where you live and which delivery service you choose. All the delivery prices are shown when choosing the delivery method before final purchase. All domestic orders over 100 € and other EU over 300 € are free of delivery costs.

Taxes are already included in the cost of the item and there are no extra taxes or duties on orders shipped within the European Union.

We are based in Helsinki, Finland and all our our products are shipped directly from our stores in Helsinki during business days. Estimated delivery times and costs are listed below. At the moment we ship only to EU countries.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and do not take into account possible delays caused by the shipping service or payment authorization.

A higher volume of orders may lead to occasional delays in the estimated shipping times. Please have patience during high-demand seasons, such as Christmas time. We’re committed to processing each order with care, and appreciate your understanding.

We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For local pickup orders, the 14 days starts from the day you get the pickup notification.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Please note that during high season, such as Christmas, while our team is thrilled by the surge in orders and is doing their very best to keep up, we might experience some delay.
