This lovely treat jar with a decorative lid is standing on a high leg, just asking to be peeked inside.

The bonbonnière, as this type of pieces are knows, is designed by Kris Van Assche as a tribute to the Belgian designer's beloved grandmother, Joséphine. In this collection, Van Assche has revived a forgotten object rich in nostalgic memories, the bonbonnière, and gives it a contemporary twist with modern materials and a distinctive rectangular base.
