Enjoy it in hot chocolate, coffee or mixed in cocktails, drizzle over ice cream or Greek yoghurt or bake it in pavlova or cakes, or swirl into cheesecakes, pastries and truffles or create a frosting for cupcakes. Mint caramel sauce is also devilishly delicious with popcorn, or paired with brie, bacon or roast pork for a sweet–savory twist.
