Slow cooked salty licorice with caramelized dulce chocolate flavored with crispy feuilletine and French sea salt.
One of the world's finest sea salts – Fleur de sel de Guérande from Brittany, France – tickles your taste buds first. Then, as an almost brutal contrast, a big caramel sweetness from the dulce chocolate, crispness from the feuilletine ("pastry crunch") and finally the bittersweet, slightly salted licorice that makes the flavour profile complete. This is a really dreamy combination, if you ask us.
Ingredients: 70% dulce chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk) , skimmed milk powder, brown sugar (2%), emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavor, salt), feuilletine (sunflower and rapeseed oil, malt extract), syrup, wheat flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw licorice (Calabria), sea salt (fleur de sel de Guérande), salmiak (ammonium chloride), star anise, surface treatment agent (carnauba wax). Cocoa content, at least 30.4%.
