Organic olive oil flavoured with a natural aroma of white truffle from the area of Alba. This olive oil is extra virgin and is made from the Correggioli olives. The oil has a clear and elegant taste of truffle and is perfect for drizzling over a risotto ora good pasta with mushrooms and salsiccia. It is excellent as a flavour enhancer in your own mayonnaise and sauces too. The size is 250 ml.
