Bordallo Pinheiro has been part of Portuguese pottery tradition since 1884, known for its playful, nature-inspired ceramics that celebrate both craftsmanship and imagination. Bordallo Pinheiro's pottery is rooted in a long history of ceramics making in Caldas da Rainha, the pottery town where the brand was founded and where much of the production still takes place today. Each item is made with care, shaped and glazed by hand, with exquisite attention to detail.

You can see the skill and tradition reflecting in the gentle curves of the petals, the soft gloss and the pigments of the glaze, the fine lines pressed into the surface like veins on a real flower. The top of the stand blooms in soft blush pink, each petal slightly layered and shaped to evoke the likeness of dahlia flower beautifully. The foot stands firm in a fresh green, just like the stem of a dahlia.
