Organic ginger syrup (400ml)

Ginger Syrup by Bacanha is an elixir of the famous rhizome widely used in cooking. Its peppery smell combines with its characteristic, exotic and spicy taste.

Raw ginger syrup has multiple applications. It is perfect when diluted in still or sparkling water. It also goes perfectly with recipes for lemonades, teas or cocktails. It can also be used in your cooking recipes.

For a refreshing ginger cooler cocktail, shake 45 ml of vodka, 20 ml of ginger syrup, 15 ml of lime juice, and 15 ml of orange juice with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top that with a good half a decilitre of soda water or ginger ale, garnish with a lime wheel or ginger slice, and enjoy! For a mocktail version you can replace the vodka with unsweetened apple juice.
