Teemu Aura on 42-vuotias kokki, ravintoloitsija ja leipomoalan yrittäjä. Teemu oli vuonna 2003 osana tiimiä perustamassa Helsinkiin Ravintola Demoa, joka sai Michelin-tähden vuonna 2007 ja pitää sitä edelleen hallussaan. Teemu oli mukana perustamassa myös Ravintola Groteskia Helsingissä. Nykyään hän toimii yrittäjänä leipomo- ja konditoriayritys Patisserie Teemu Aurassa.
