Mix 100g of softened butter and 4-6 finely chopped anchovy fillets (plus perhaps some garlic, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, and black pepper) until well combined. Shape into a log, wrap, and refrigerate until firm. Your anchovy butter is ready to use! Enjoy the anchovy butter with a slice of baguette paired with these cocktail napkins!
