First created in the late 19th century by artist Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro, the cabbage motif was inspired by rural Portuguese gardens and the brand’s playful approach to everyday objects. The hand-sculpted leaf textures, expressive glazing and generous forms have made it a beloved classic for over a century.

The collection includes plates, bowls, cups and serving dishes, available in three colours: the original rich green with the widest selection, elegant ivory in selected styles, and light pink plates  (only available in Nothern Europe) for a softer, contemporary twist. Designed for mixing, displaying and bringing character to the table, this timeless series blends humour, craftsmanship and heritage with effortless charm.
