The design of Bistrot series was inspired by some of favourite places of the French people: restaurants, terraces and cafés. The design faithfully captures the atmosphere while adding a modern touch: the form is simple and minimalistic, but the rivets are visible and the colours and materials stand out nicely. From fresh to classic colours, these are designed to be both traditional and contemporary at the same time.
The Bistrot dinner knife is sleek with a sharp edge and point. Light khaki is darker shade of ivory or muted, green-tinted cold beige, a cool shade that is neither yellow-ish nor green. The look of the knife is sophisticated, but not sombre, and it matches well with any type of environment, classy, romantic or contemporary. It is an excellent neutral choice when ivory feels too white but no colour is needed.
