This Italian balsamic vinergar Aceto Balsamico Fico Verde from Gridelli is made from organic grapes of Emilia-Romagna, Italy, and flavored with organic green figs. 

The balsamic vinegar has a fruity and fresh taste reminiscent of beautiful days in Italy. Perfect to drizzle over a fresh salad! Suits perfect with cheese or sa salad, for example, goat cheese or feta cheese. Delicious to combine with blue cheese and gingerbread.

Contains 98% I.G.P. classified acute balsamico di Modena, 4% infusion of organic green figs and 0.2% natural aromas.
