Book of Pasta is a celebration of Italy’s most joyful export with more than 150 recipes that carry pasta from simple suppers to grand Sunday lunches. Think wide ribbons tangled with escarole and olives, fusilli bright with zucchini and salted ricotta, or spaghetti tossed with the sea itself.
