A natural sea sponge is a sustainably harvested bath sponge valued for its exceptional softness, absorbency and gentle cleansing properties. Naturally durable and biodegradable, it offers a luxurious alternative to synthetic sponges.

This quality natural sponge was "harvested" by hand. Rinse with clean water after each use, gently squeeze dry, and hang up to air dry. Please don’t ever wring it out. Heavily soiled natural sponges can also be washed in the machine up to a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius or disinfected with 70% medicinal alcohol (Isopropanol) – of course, natural sponges are not machine-washable in hot water.

A natural sponge is a sea sponge harvested from the ocean. Unlike synthetic bath sponges made from plastic, natural sponges are the soft, fibrous skeletons of marine animals that grow on the seabed, primarily in the Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean.
